What does it cost me, and when do I pay?
Applying is free and nothing is charged at signup. Once you are verified you top up your institute balance — bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or cash — and buy the plan that suits your intake. There is no card on file and nothing renews on its own.
Can I set my own prices for students?
Yes, and you should. You set what your students pay for full access and how long it lasts. What they pay you is between you and them — we never show your students a price you did not set.
Whose brand do my students see?
Yours. Your institute name and logo lead on your sign-up page, on your students’ dashboards and in the emails they receive. BDIELTS sits underneath as the platform, the way a payment provider does.
Can my own teachers mark the Writing and Speaking?
Yes. Add them as Writing examiners or Speaking examiners and the work routes to them, with the AI band beside it as a second opinion. If you would rather not staff it, our examiners can mark for you, and your students get the AI band immediately either way.
Do I need technical staff to run this?
No. There is nothing to install and nothing to host. Exam-day setup is making sure students bring headphones.
How long does verification take?
Usually one to two working days. A person checks the trade licence — which is exactly why students can trust every institute on this platform, including yours.
What happens when a student renews?
